b) caption: STRING # a single-line annotation

c) Problem: es kann mehr als nur ein tag, impact, und caption innerhalb eines items: Eintrag geben. Wuerden diese getrennt als Liste gelog-t werden, dann gaebe es keine eindeutige Beziehung mehr zwischen ihnen.
