Description
I could upgrade cmip2... but Hans already had a TDS somewhere installed

Hallo Estani, the update went well, it was as you described, but when I want to use the direct download (from the tds) I'm pointed to a tds/tomcat login instead of the openid login.
Today this was complete. There might be some issues left, but this is not relevant for the test we want to make.
